Arrival Day Monday, 31st of August, Kuopio​

Your journey begins in Kuopio, where you can enjoy a relaxing evening with dinner in a city surrounded by shimmering lakes and forested hills. The pace is unhurried, the smiles genuine. Climb up Puijo Tower for a panoramic view that captures Finland’s essence, endless nature, and peaceful balance. In the evening, savour the region’s comfort food, such as the famous Kalakukko, and bask in the easy warmth of Kuopio’s people, who are open, humorous, and proud of their roots.

Tuesday, 1st of September, Kuopio-Tahko

After the morning, we'll venture to more experiences in Tahko, which welcomes you with its year-round energy. It’s a place for movement and joy, whether on skis, bikes, or hiking trails. The fresh air fuels the body, while cosy lodges and lakeside saunas calm the mind. As the sun sets, the atmosphere shifts from adventure to togetherness — shared dinners, laughter, and maybe a dip in the lake before bed.​​

Wednesday, 2nd of September, Bomba

We start our day at the hotel, where we'll enjoy a lovely breakfast presenting Bomba, where tradition, music, and storytelling shape every smile. The Karelian spirit is warm and expressive, reflected in the architecture, food, and hospitality. Enjoy the wooden beauty of Bomba House, where local stories transport you to another time, and feel the intertwining of history and joy in this cultural haven. It’s a place that welcomes you like family. During midday, we begin the Experience Finland workshop with all the suppliers from the trip. Other local suppliers are also invited to join the event to showcase the wonderful products in the area.

Thursday, 3rd of September, Vuokatti

We finish our journey in Vuokatti, a destination built around wellbeing and balance. Surrounded by rolling hills and peaceful lakes, it’s where sport, nature, and silence coexist. Whether you walk through pine forests, try a local spa, or simply breathe in the fresh air, you’ll understand why people come here to recharge. Vuokatti is not just a place — it’s a state of mind.

Departure day, Friday, 4th of September.

After a peaceful morning, we drive all the participants to Kajaani airport, from where you can depart to your homes.
 

We'll arrange our attendees' overnight stays, dinners and transportation during the trip.
