Experience Finland - Lakes and Nature is your gateway to the best of Finnish tourism. This event connects international buyers with unique Finnish destinations through a well-organised familiarisation (FAM) trip. You'll travel to different regions to experience the local culture, nature, and history firsthand. The event culminates in a workshop where you can meet suppliers face-to-face to build valuable partnerships.

In 2025, we showcased 18 destinations to 24 European buyers. For 2026, we're ensuring all destinations are just a short drive from Finland’s main airports and harbours, making your journey even more convenient.

  • As we carefully curate the entire day, featuring inspiring suppliers, event content, and exceptional menus, clear communication and reliability are crucial to us. Therefore, a €200 no-show fee will be applied to confirmed participants who do not attend. Name changes are possible until event day.​

We are delighted to offer companies the possibility to attend the workshop for the price of:

  • Own table (1 person, 1 company): 1040 €

  • Additional person from the same company: +440 €

  • Shared table (1 person, with another company)

​VAT applies to all prices.

 

Included in the supplier fee:

  • Company listing in event handbook

  • Meeting list

  • Assigned table with company name and number

  • Workshop day lunch

 

For suppliers, we arrange the possibility of a hotel night at a partner hotel at a special rate.
