Tuesday, 15th of September

9:00 - Registration opens, including breakfast and snacks for attendees
10:00 - Workshop begins

17:45 - Workshop ends

We arrange the possibility of a hotel night at a Phoenix Copenhagen hotel at a special rate.

Participation is free for buyers
As we carefully curate the entire day, featuring inspiring suppliers, event content, and exceptional menus, clear communication and reliability are crucial to us. Therefore, a €200 no-show fee will be applied to confirmed participants who do not attend. Name changes are possible until event day.

The last sign-up day is the 1st of September, 2026.
