We are excited to invite you to Upptäck Finland, an exclusive Nordic travel trade event taking place in Stockholm, Sweden.

 

This event brings together Finnish tourism suppliers, including destinations, hotels, activity providers, carriers, and DMCs, with Swedish buyers. It’s a unique opportunity to showcase Finland’s best offerings and create meaningful business connections.

Year 2026 brought together 20 suppliers and 29 buyers from travel trade industry together.

  • As we carefully curate the entire day, featuring inspiring suppliers, event content, and exceptional menus, clear communication and reliability are crucial to us. Therefore, a €200 no-show fee will be applied to confirmed participants who do not attend. Name changes are possible until event day.

The last sign-up day is the February 10, 2027.

Suppliers

We are delighted to offer companies the opportunity to attend the workshop at an exclusive early bird price, available until 15 September 2026:

  • Own table (1 person, 1 company): €1180 + VAT

  • Own table (2 persons, same company): €1580 + VAT

  • Shared table (1 person, with another company): €870 + VAT

​VAT applies to all prices.

Included in the supplier fee:

  • Company listing in event handbook

  • Meeting list per table

  • Assigned table with company name and number

  • Workshop day lunch

 

We offer a special rate at the hotel for the event.
