Meet the m.i.c.e pre-tour​​

Join us for the Meet the M.I.C.E 2027 Pre-Tour, where you can combine valuable networking with an unforgettable travel experience.

Over one weekend, you'll explore the best of Helsinki & Tallinn for MICE, seeing firsthand why both cities are top destinations for MICE travel. The Pre-Tour starts in Tallinn on Friday, where we'll stay overnight and visit the local destinations. On Saturday the Pre-Tour continues and by afternoon, we'll take a ferry to Helsinki. In Helsinki, we will visit local MICE service providers and stay the night. The last Pre-Tour destinations are visited on Sunday, before we continue to the Meet the M.I.C.E main event.

This MICE familiarisation trip, organised by Sumama, Helsinki Convention Bureau and local partners, highlights the possibilities for event, incentive & conference travel. After the tour, you will continue your conversations and build connections with industry partners at Meet the M.I.C.E 2027.
