The Benelux region is one of Finland’s top four international source markets, with nearly 400,000 visitors from the Netherlands and Belgium last year. During the event in 2025 we welcomed 48 participants in Amsterdam and 54 in Brussels, making the event a success.

These workshops offer an excellent opportunity to strengthen existing partnerships and build new business connections in this key market.

This event offers two dynamic meeting formats to ensure high engagement and business value:

  • Open networking: meet everyone in a relaxed, free-flowing setting;

  • Pre-scheduled meetings: one-on-one appointments based on mutual interest and preferences.

  • As we carefully curate the entire day, featuring inspiring suppliers, event content, and exceptional menus, clear communication and reliability are crucial to us. Therefore, a €200 no-show fee will be applied to confirmed participants who do not attend. Name changes are possible until event day.

The last sign-up day is 4 weeks before the event.

We are delighted to offer companies the possibility to attend the workshop for the price of: Prices for 2026 will be announced soon; these prices are example rates from 2025.

  • Own table (1 person, 1 company): €1490 + VAT

  • Own table (2 persons, same company): €1930 + VAT

  • Shared table (1 person, with another company): €1150 + VAT

​VAT applies to all prices.

 

Included in the supplier fee:

  • Company listing in event handbook

  • Meeting list

  • Table number and name

  • Workshop day lunch

  • Get-together dinner

 

For suppliers, we arrange the possibility of a hotel night at a partner hotel at a special rate.
We reserve the right to make changes to the prices.
