RYMY – Group Sales Days is a traditional travel industry event where sellers and buyers meet according to pre-arranged meeting schedules. These schedules are created based on the preferences of both sellers and buyers. Each meeting lasts 15 minutes, with up to 24 meetings available.
We invite buyers from Finnish travel agencies and designated incoming operators that operate in Finland: Transport operators, tour operators, DMCs, and incentive travel organizers. As sellers, we welcome city tourism organizations, travel regions, hotels, hotel chains, spas, restaurants, attractions, events, theatres, and ferry and airline companies.
The 2024 event was highly popular, attracting over 100 buyers and sellers.
To secure your spot we recommend registering early for RYMY 2025.

Buyer
The last day for buyers to register is on the 13th of October 2025.
The event is free for buyers, but a no-show fee of 200 €/person is charged if a registered buyer fails to attend.

All rooms, meeting facilities, and restaurant spaces at Break Sokos Hotel Tahko have been renovated. In 2024, a new extension was completed, adding 59 brand-new hotel rooms and additional services. Now, you can find a Rooftop Spa on the top floor of our hotel, a simulator gaming room and a 130-square-meter gym on the ground floor.
