Join us for the VIP Travel North 2026 Pre-Tour, where you can combine valuable networking with an unforgettable travel experience.
Over one weekend, you'll explore the best of the Lapland region, seeing firsthand why it's a top destination for UHNW travel. Travel by private coach through the Lapland region, starting from Rovaniemi, and its new hotels, up to Ylläs Jänkäresort and Riekkolodge. Afterwards, we take a moment to enjoy the evening and the resort's calm atmosphere. We'll take a moment to refresh in the Arctic Sauna before we continue to the VIP Travel North main event.
This Lapland-focused familiarisation trip, organised by Sumama and local partners, highlights the possibilities for luxury and high-end tourism. After the tour, you will continue your conversations and build connections with industry partners at VIP Travel North 2026.

This tour is only operated by private bus. If you're arriving with your car, you can drive the Pre-tour route yourself.
Please note we start the tour in Rovaniemi, but we wont come back there after the trip ends, we end the trip in Levi.

15:00 Transfer to Jänkäresort
17:30 Dinner, hotel tour and area's program at Jänkäresort
21:00 Part of the group stays overnight at Jänkäresort, the rest transfer to us and remain in Riekkolodge for overnight
