Join us for the VIP Travel North 2026 Pre-Tour, where you can combine valuable networking with an unforgettable travel experience.
Over one weekend, you'll explore the best of the Lapland region, seeing firsthand why it's a top destination for UHNW travel. Travel by private coach through the Lapland region, starting from Rovaniemi, and its new hotels, up to Ylläs Jänkäresort and Riekkolodge. Afterwards, we take a moment to enjoy the evening and the resort's calm atmosphere. We'll take a moment to refresh in the Arctic Sauna before we continue to the VIP Travel North main event.
This Lapland-focused familiarisation trip, organised by Sumama and local partners, highlights the possibilities for luxury and high-end tourism. After the tour, you will continue your conversations and build connections with industry partners at VIP Travel North 2026.

This tour is only operated by private bus. If you're arriving with your car, you can drive the Pre-tour route yourself.
Please note we start the tour in Rovaniemi, but we wont come back there after the trip ends, we end the trip in Levi.

Friday 24 April
17:00-17:30 Bus ride from Rovaniemi City Centre to our overnight Hotel.
17:30-21:00 Our first hotel partner program, Dinner and evening program.
Saturday 25 April
07:00–10:00 Peaceful breakfast
10:00–15:00 Activities in Rovaniemi
15:00–17:30 Transfer to Jänkäresort
17:30–21:00 Dinner, hotel tour and area's program at Jänkäresort
21:00 Part of the group stays overnight at Jänkäresort, the rest transfer to us remain in Riekkolodge for overnight
Sunday 26 April
07:00–9:30 Peaceful breakfast
09:30–09:40 Transfer from Jänkäresort to Riekkolodge
09:40–14:00 Riekkolodge hotel tour, program and lunch
14:00–15:00 Transfer to Keloresort
15:00–21:00 Keloresort program, dinner and overnight stay
Monday 27 April
07:00-10:00 Peaceful breakfast.
10:00–10:30 Transfer to Harriniva Arctic Sauna World
10:30–14:30 Hotel tour, lunch and sauna at Arctic Sauna World

As we carefully curate the entire day, featuring inspiring suppliers, event content, and exceptional menus, clear communication and reliability are crucial to us. Therefore, a €200 no-show fee will be applied to confirmed participants who do not attend. Name changes are possible until event day.
The last sign-up day is April 1, or until all spots are filled.
