This event features one focused meeting format to maximise business connections:
Pre-scheduled meetings between buyers and sellers, matched based on mutual preferences. Each meeting lasts 15 minutes, with up to 24 meetings available.

Friday 24th to Monday 27th of April
In addition to the workshop, we will explore the surrounding region and experience its tourism offerings during a weekend tour by private bus. Local guides share stories about the area while you travel in a more environmentally friendly way.

Meet & Greet taxi transfers from Kittilä Airport to the event hotel throughout the day

21:15 Welcome toast at Sky Bar and keynote speech

As we carefully curate the entire day, featuring inspiring suppliers, event content, and exceptional menus, clear communication and reliability are crucial to us. Therefore, a €200 no-show fee will be applied to confirmed participants who do not attend. Name changes are possible until event day.
The last sign-up day is April 1, 2026, or until all spots are filled.
