Fam trip begins sunday, 3rd of May, Tampere ​

The program starts in Tampere on Sunday morning.
Tampere, a city built between two lakes, where industrial heritage meets modern creativity. We will stroll along the fabulous factories that have been turned into cafes, museums, and design shops. Tampere is a city where you will feel the energy of a city that’s both laid-back and alive with culture.

Evening invites you to a newly renovated Ikaalisten Spa on the shores of Lake Kyrösjärvi in the Pirkanmaa region, continuing the legacy of the legendary Ikaalinen Spa. In 2021, a group of local entrepreneurs took the reins, breathing new life into this iconic destination. Under one roof, you’ll find a wide range of activities, dining options, and a year-round calendar of events.

Monday, 4th of May, Pori-Salo

We continue west to Pori, a city that lives in rhythm with the sea. Here, the air smells of salt and freedom. Visit the wide Yyteri Beach dunes, wander through relaxed streets, and sense the local love for art and music, especially during summer’s famous jazz vibe that lingers year-round. Enjoy the calm pace and unpretentious charm that make Pori a place to simply be.

From Pori, the journey continues to Salo, a small yet spirited town that strikes a balance between nature and innovation. Once a hub of technology, now a blend of countryside calm and creative startups. Stroll by the river, explore small galleries, and enjoy local flavours that reflect honest Finnish simplicity. It’s the kind of place where time slows down, giving you space to reflect.

Workshop day Tuesday, 5th of May, Salo

We start our day at the hotel, where we'll enjoy a lovely breakfast following the workshop of Experience Finland with all the suppliers from the trip. Other local suppliers are also invited to join the event to showcase the wonderful products in the area.

Afterwards, we journey to the rustic Mathildedal Ironworks, which was founded in 1852. Nowadays, the area offers various travel possibilities, from an overnight stay to a decorated sightseeing area with each season, attracting people from all over the world to experience the village's beautiful landscape.

Now, after a day in Salo, we continue our journey to the next destination, where we spend the night before concluding our trip in Helsinki.

We'll have a final destination to see and a final program for the morning of our lovely Experience Finland ends.

We'll arrange our attendees' overnight stays, dinners and transportation during the trip.
